Confidentiality Agreement / 守秘義務に関する誓約
I have the training and educational qualifications to formally practice as a professional mental health practitioner OR I am in graduate-level training to be a professional mental health practitioner.
私は心理カウンセラーとして臨床現場で活動するために、大学院レベルの教育を受けました、若しくは現在大学院にて心理学を専攻しています。
I agree to keep confidential the personal identifying information of case material shared in the training. I agree to not record any part of this training in any format (audio, video, or visual). Personal written notes of non-confidential material are permitted.
私は、本トレーニング内で共有された事例の、個人情報に対する守秘義務を遵守します。私はこのトレーニングを音声、ビデオ、画像等のいかなる方法でも録音・録画等の記録を行わないことに同意します。守秘義務が発生しないトレーニング関連書物に個人的に記載することは例外とします。
When participating via Zoom, I make sure that I secure a space that keeps confidentiality. Examples include wearing headphones and joining from a space where non-participants cannot view the screen or hear the dialogue.
オンライン(Zoom)でトレーニングに参加する際は、参加者一人で視聴できる環境で参加し、イヤホンを装着するなど、情報漏洩に十分気を付けます。

Cancellation

For cancellations made by TELL due to public health advisories, full refunds can be provided.

A full refund can be provided if cancellation occurs 30 days or more prior to the program start date.

A partial refund can be provided if cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to the program start date. Within 7 days, no refunds can be made.

Workshops may be canceled by TELL if minimum enrollment requirements are not met or in the case of extreme weather, in which case, a full refund will be provided.

Weather cancellations or delays will be announced by email prior to the start date of the event with as much notice as possible.
キャンセルについて
- 公衆衛生上の事情を理由にTELLがキャンセルした場合は、全額返金いたします。
- プログラム開始日の30日以上前にキャンセルした場合は、全額返金されます。
- プログラム開始日の30日前以降にキャンセルされた場合は、一部返金されます。7日以内の場合は、返金できません。
- ワークショップは、最小催行人数に満たない場合、または悪天候の場合には、TELLにより中止されることがありますが、その場合には全額返金されます。
- 天候による中止や遅延は、可能な限り事前にメールでお知らせいたします。

Payment is made by online registration. If this is not possible, please inquire regarding a bank transfer at event@telljp.com.

An email acknowledgment will be sent to confirm receipt of your online registration and payment.

An email will be sent a few days before the start date of the workshop with details about your program.

- オンライン登録とお支払いが完了した方には、Eメールにて確認のご連絡をさせていただきます。
- ワークショップの詳細プログラムは、開催日の数日前にメールにてご連絡させていただきます。
Earning CEU’s
Earning CEUs (Continuing Education Units) and Rinshoshinrishi Points

Please make sure to provide the required information for these units and points.

Participants must attend 100% of the event to earn the CEs approved for licensed social workers, mental health counselors, psychologists, and marriage and family therapists.

CE certificates are given at the end of the event after you have completed the evaluation form.

It is the participant’s responsibility to check with their individual state boards to verify CE requirements for their state.

We are not able to assure you that we can give Rinshoshinrishi points before the workshop starts because the number of participants has to be over 40% of total participants; however, it is our plan that we will apply for the Rinshoshinrishi points after the workshop.
Alliant International University is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. Alliant International University maintains responsibility for this program and its content.
- ワークショップ終了後に臨床心理士ポイントを申請する予定ですが、臨床心理士ポイントの付与には、全参加者の40%が臨床心理士である必要があるため、現段階でポイントの付与を補償することはできかねることをご承知おきください

When can I expect to receive CEU’s (continuing education credits) for the training?
The CEU's will be provided following the workshop within approximately a 1-month period.
Attendees must arrive no later than 15 minutes after the workshop starts. Also, you cannot leave earlier than 15 minutes before the conclusion of the workshop for you to qualify.
継続教育単位(CEU)はいつ頃貰えますか？
継続教育単位(CEU)のご提供は、ワークショップ終了後、約1ヶ月と考えております。参加者は、ワークショップへの参加が15分以上遅れたり、ワークショップ終了の15分以上前に退出したりすると入手できなくなりますので、ご注意ください。
Will the event be in person or online?
This event is 100% virtual. We will provide you with the Zoom login information and instructions for how to join. Please ensure you have an updated browser and strong wifi connection.
